Yes. Posting and browsing are both free, and there is no commission on anything you agree with a driver.
Every new listing is reviewed before it goes live, usually within a day. It stops fake and duplicate cars from filling the site.
We can remove a listing and suspend an account, and we will if someone is acting in bad faith. We cannot recover money or settle a damage dispute — those are between you and the other party. For anything serious, contact Consumer Protection WA or the police.
No. Confirm the car’s registration is current and that insurance covers a hire driver before money changes hands, and photograph the car at pick-up and drop-off.
